She successfully managed a team of over 50 staff members, implemented a comprehensive internship training program, and developed engaging content for social media and marketing campaigns. Additionally, she designed employee compensation strategies that enhanced morale and productivity.

Aniebiet’s impressive legal experience spans roles at Dayo Ojuawo and Co and Ferdinard Okotete and Co, where she conducted client interviews, drafted legal documents, and represented clients in court.
